Airnorth has an exciting opportunity for a Customer Contact Consultant to join our team.

n

Reporting to the Reservations and Customer Support Manager, you will be responsible for arranging reservations and bookings for our valued customers whilst maintaining a high level of excellent customer service.

n

RESPONSIILITIES:

n

n
- Processing bookings and issuing tickets to meet our customers’ requests including our corporate clients;
n
- Providing accurate information on all aspects of reservations to Travel Agents and other industry partners;
n
- Answering queries and processing bookings generated via our website;
n
- Ensuring reservations-related paperwork and queues are actioned accordingly;
n
- Processing of pre-paid excess baggage;
n
- Ensuring passengers are aware of schedule changes and delays.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

- Excellent time management and communication skills
n
- High level of customer service delivery
n
- Data entry experience
n
- Willingness to work within a team workplace
n
- Enthusiasm and confidence
n
- Experience with Amadeus, fares and ticketing or previous positions within the travel industry will be highly regarded.
