/n /n It is a requirement of this position to acquire and maintain a current & valid driver’s license. /n About the Role
/n This role is responsible for leading high-quality practice for people we support /n To achieve this, the role entails: /n /n
- Team leadership, ensuring staff maintain a focus on client directed support aligned to personal goals & service delivery objectives
/n
- Monitoring and evaluating support plans
/n
- Confirming accurate case notes and reports are completed regularly by the team and that regular case reviews are conducted
/n
- Working collaboratively
/n
- Implement strategies to engage, develop and retain high performing teams
/n
- Assist with planning budget expenditure and then ensuring services are delivered within the approved budget
/n
- Participate in the On-Call after hours support roster as required
