About the Role

We're looking for a proactive and accounts focused team members to join our Nathan service workshop to support our ever-growing businesses.

Key Responsibilities

- End to end bookkeeping
- Perform accurate data entry
- Process invoices efficiently and on time
- Manage email communications and record data accordingly
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and vendors
- Daily bank reconciliations and general bookkeeping
- Generate reports

What You'll Need to Succeed





- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- A strong sense of urgency
- Outstanding interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- MYOB or similar accounting software
