This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys ownership of the full accounts payable process, and thrives in a dynamic busy setting.

Your Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end accounts payable processing from direct invoice receipt, project coding and approvals to payment, without a purchase order (PO) matching system in Odoo

- Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to resolve queries and meet deadlines

- Prepare and review bank reconciliations





- Process and reconcile corporate credit cards using Prospend

- Maintain supplier details in Eftsure

- Ensure accuracy and compliance for audit purposes

- Assist with timesheet management and payroll

- Support general office administration (phones, travel, couriers, etc.)

What You'll Bring – the Essentials

- Previous experience in Accounts Payable or Assistant Accountant roles

- Strong understanding of AP processes (mining/project experience highly regarded)

- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage competing deadlines.

- Excellent attention to detail, organisation and accuracy

- Confident, experienced user of Excel and accounting systems

- Strong communication skills and a proactive, team-focused approach

- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
