Bendigo Rail Workshops (BRW) is a rail maintenance facility located in Bendigo, Victoria. BRW performs maintenance work for some of the largest rail companies in Australia.

BRW specialises in rail rolling stock;

- Maintenance and Upgrades

- Accident Repairs
- Full Strip-Down and Overhaul

- Bogie Overhaul

- Painting

- Field Services and Provisioning

- Emergency Recovery

BRW is looking to recruit an Administration Assistant to join our friendly team on a full time basis. This role will provide the successful applicant with a great opportunity to build a career, and to be part of a dedicated and agile team

Duties involved, but not limited to:

- Customer service (face to face, phone & email)
- Data entry duties for various departments
- Document control (printing, filing, scanning & archiving)
- Organising office consumables and running errands




- Other ad-hoc administrative duties as required

The successful applicant must demonstrate the following:

- Career minded
- Experience in a similar role highly regarded
- Previous experience in a dynamic, fast pace environment, with the ability to meet tight deadlines
- Strong computer skills
- Solid communication skills, a can-do attitude and high attention to detail
- Professional and reliable work ethic
- Friendly, approachable personality who enjoys being part of a close knit supportive team
- Drivers license
- Current National Police Check or willingness to obtain one
