We are seeking a motivated and customer focused Sales Officer to join our Bibra Lake Branch. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for sales, building customer relationships and delivering exceptional service, who is eager to develop their skills and grow within the company. This is a full-time position, working Monday to Friday, 7:00 am to 4:00 pm.

What you’ll be doing

n

n
- Provide exceptional customer service to retail, trade and walk-in customers across phone, email and in person enquiries.
n
- Prepare accurate quotes and convert sales opportunities into sales orders and invoices.
n
- Follow up on quotes promptly to maximise sales and achieve sales targets.
n
- Liaise with branch, warehouse and internal teams to coordinate orders, deliveries and customer requirements.
n
- Build strong customer relationships, resolve enquiries and feedback, and promote Oxworks products and services.
n




- Identify new sales opportunities, monitor competitor activity and maintain up-to-date product knowledge.

What we are looking for

n

n
- Previous sales or customer service experience, ideally within a manufacturing environment.
n
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and customer-focused approach.
n
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to prepare accurate quotes and process orders efficiently.
n
- Good time management and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise competing tasks.
n
- Confidence using Microsoft Office, CRM software and ERP systems, or a willingness to learn.
n
- A proactive team player with a positive attitude, initiative and a commitment to achieving sales targets and delivering great customer outcomes.
