About the role

We're looking for confident, energetic Appointment Setters to join our NEW Customer Contact Centre in Carnegie, conveniently located right next to Carnegie Station. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, loves hitting targets and wants to be part of a fun, fast-paced team where performance is recognised and rewarded.

Key responsibilities

- Contacting current and existing clients by phone

- Building rapport and having genuine conversations

- Booking qualified appointments for our team

- Following up leads and maintaining accurate client records

- Working towards daily and weekly KPIs

- Contributing to a positive, competitive and high-energy team environment

About you

- Confident, friendly and professional

- Energetic with plenty of personality

- Comfortable speaking with a wide range of people

- Motivated by targets, bonuses and rewards

- Competitive and driven to perform





- Reliable and able to work as part of a team

- Positive and resilient

- Must be fluent in English

- Previous experience in appointment setting, outbound calling, charities, fundraising, solar, telecommunications, lead generation will be highly regarded but it is not necessary
