About The Role In this APS6 role, you will translate business needs into technical requirements and functional specifications, and design, document and evaluate ICT solutions for new and existing systems. You will assess potential changes, support system configuration and implementation, and help ensure solutions meet business expectations. Working under limited direction, you will undertake complex work, use sound judgement and engage with stakeholders to support timely delivery. The role may also include managing a team.

Key Responsibilities

- Analyse business processes and requirements, and translate them into technical requirements and solution designs.
- Assess applications and options for feasibility, effort, risks, benefits and costs.
- Configure systems where required; implement solutions and maintain solution documentation.
- Support daily operations and monitor the performance of business solutions.
- Plan and conduct testing, review coverage and manage defects.
- Work with stakeholders to define tasks,



resolve issues and support timely project delivery.
- Conduct peer and quality reviews of specifications, designs and testing documents; provide guidance and feedback to colleagues.
- Manage system changes and improvements, escalate issues as needed, and contribute to delivery and support methods.
- Set priorities and manage resources; where applicable, coach and support team capability, performance and wellbeing.

Required Skills

- Proven experience with SAP CRM and/or S/4HANA.
- Feasibility assessment, including identifying and evaluating options and considering costs, impacts and risks.
- Requirements definition and management, including stakeholder engagement, prioritisation, baselining and traceability.
- Software design and systems design, including modelling, comparing design options and producing detailed specifications.
- Testing activities, including test planning, coverage reviews and defect management.
- Solution documentation and system configuration to support business needs.
- Demonstrated ability to analyse business requirements and deliver technical specifications and designs for ICT systems.
- Ability to quickly develop a detailed understanding of relevant frameworks, legislation, policies, procedures, information management requirements, business systems and tools.
