About the Role

As an Architectural or Interior Design Graduate, you'll support our design team in creating functional, engaging and thoughtfully designed spaces across a variety of projects.

Your responsibilities may include

- Assisting with the development of architectural and interior design concepts

- Producing technical drawings, details and documentation packages

- Creating presentations, visualisations and rendered imagery

- Assisting with specifications, schedules and material selections

- Researching products, finishes and industry trends

- Contributing to product and supplier libraries

- Supporting project presentations and award submissions

- Collaborating with project teams and stakeholders





- Assisting with the development of design standards, systems and procedures

This is a casual position that offers consistent hours and exposure to a diverse range of projects, providing an excellent foundation for a graduate looking to build industry experience.

About You

You may have recently completed your degree or be in the early stages of your career and looking to build practical experience within a professional design environment.

We're looking for someone who is enthusiastic, curious and passionate about great design.

You don't need to meet every requirement to apply. If you're eager to learn and excited by the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, we'd love to hear from you.

We'd love to see

- A degree in Architecture, Architectural Design, Interior Architecture, Interior Design or a related discipline

- Revit experience or strong AutoCAD documentation skills gained through university, work placements or previous employment
- An understanding of technical documentation and a desire to continue developing these skills
- An interest in building design, interior environments, construction detailing and how projects come together

- Experience using Adobe Creative Suite through study,



personal projects or previous work

- Exposure to visualisation software such as Enscape, Lumion, Twinmotion or similar programs

- Strong attention to detail

- Good communication and organisational skills
- A positive approach and willingness to collaborate

The following would be advantageous, but are not essential:
- Experience working on multi-level accommodation, residential or mixed-use projects and associated communal amenities

- Hospitality project experience

- Familiarity with the National Construction Code and Australian Standards

Most importantly, we're looking for someone who is motivated, eager to learn and excited to contribute to a diverse range of projects. You'll be supported through our Graduate Development Program, which provides a structured pathway for career development and, for Graduates of Architecture, assistance in gaining the experience required for registration.
