Working closely with the General Manager, you'll play a key role in developing a high-performing team, enhancing the guest experience, and building the Regal Inn's reputation as a destination for the region.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As Assistant Manager, you will lead all venue operations while on shift, drive team culture, maintain venue standards to ensure the growth and success of the business

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Operations

- Manage the day-to-day operations of the venue.




- Complete opening and closing procedures.
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation while on shift.
- Prepare rosters in line with business requirements and approved roster templates.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer feedback, complaints and conflict resolution.

Leadership & Team Development

- Recruit, train, mentor and develop employees.
- Manage staff performance and behavior in line with staff expectations.
- Review and update staff expectations documents with the General Manager.
- Lead a positive, skilled and accountable team culture.
