In this role as Assistant Venue Manager your main priorities will be to:
- Leading and supporting the front-of-house team
- Overseeing daily venue operations and busy services
- Maintaining high standards of customer service
- Assisting with staff rostering, training and development
- Managing stock, cash handling and venue procedures
- Supporting the Venue Manager in driving overall venue performance
We're looking for someone with robust hospitality experience, great leadership skills, a positive attitude and the ability to thrive under pressure. Pay: $75,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
