/n If you can turn a cold introduction into a real business conversation, we want to hear from you. /n Retail Safari, part of Strikeforce, is looking for confident and motivated Business Sales Representatives to represent Origin Energy and connect face-to-face with local businesses. /n This is a genuine new-business field sales role. You’ll own an allocated territory, meet small business owners and decision-makers, create your own opportunities and build a pipeline through proactive face-to-face engagement. /n If you enjoy being out on the road, talking to people and seeing a direct connection between your effort and your earnings, this could be a great next move. /n Start date flexible for the right candidate. /n Here’s what you’ll get: /n /n

- $74,500 base salary + uncapped commission + super (OTE $99,000 + super)

- Monday – Friday 9:00- 5:30 role only – enjoy your weekends!

/n /n Available Territories: Gold Coast /n About the role: /n Reporting to Sales Team Leader, as an Origin Sales Representative, you will play a key role in driving business growth across your allocated territory by identifying new opportunities and helping small businesses find the right energy solutions for their needs. /n This is a fulltime field based role. /n You’ll be responsible for: /n /n

- Proactively approaching small businesses within your allocated territory

/n

- Engaging business owners and key decision-makers face-to-face

/n





- Building and managing a sustainable sales pipeline

/n

- Generating new business opportunities through prospecting and referrals

/n

- Presenting Origin's electricity and gas solutions to prospective customers

/n

- Achieving and exceeding sales targets

/n

- Growing Origin's market share within your territory

/n

- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity

/n

- Delivering a positive customer experience from initial contact through to sale

/n /n About you /n We’re looking for someone who enjoys the challenge of winning new business. /n You are: /n /n

- Confident speaking with people face-to-face

/n

- Enjoy proactive selling rather than waiting for leads

/n

- Motivated by achieving targets and earning commission

/n

- Comfortable working independently in a field environment

/n

- Have strong objection-handling, negotiation and closing skills

/n

- Energetic, proactive, and self-driven

/n

- Organised with strong communication skills

/n /n To be successful, you will need: /n /n

- A current valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle (mandatory)

/n

- Previous sales experience (B2B or direct sales highly regarded)

/n

- Strong objection-handling and relationship-building skills

/n

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

/n

- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
