About the role

Crafted Coffee Co is seeking a Barista/Cafe All Rounder to join our team in Robina, QLD. This is a full-time position that plays a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and maintaining the high standards our cafe is known for. As a Barista/Cafe All Rounder, you will be the face of our business, combining your passion for quality coffee with your ability to work in all aspects of cafe operations.

This role is essential to creating the welcoming atmosphere and delivering the outstanding service that keeps our customers returning.

Key responsibilities

- Preparing and serving high-quality coffee to consistent standards

- Taking customer orders accurately and efficiently

- Operating and cleaning coffee machines and other cafe equipment

- Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the cafe,

- Processing payments and handling cash transactions accurately

- Providing friendly, attentive customer service and responding to special requests or dietary requirements

- Communicating effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods

- Assisting with general cafe duties including opening and closing procedures

What we're looking for

- At least 2 years previous experience as a barista in a cafe/hospitality environment

- Strong knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and the ability to produce a high volume of quality coffee consistency

- Proficiency in operating espresso machines and other cafe equipment

- Excellent customer service skills with a genuine passion for creating positive customer interactions

- Ability to work efficiently under pressure during busy service periods





- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and hygiene

- Reliable, punctual and adaptable with availability, including 1 weekend day every week and public holiday work

- Good communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues

- Basic food handling knowledge and food safety awareness

- Willingness to learn and develop skills in all aspects of cafe operations
- A friendly, positive attitude and genuine interest in hospitality
