About the roleThe Feathers Hotel is looking for motivated and personable wait staff and bartenders to join our hospitality team. We’re after people who enjoy working with others, provide attentive service and help create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.Key responsibilities

- Providing attentive table service and looking after guests
- Recommending food and beverages and upselling where appropriate
- Preparing and serving drinks, including cocktails, wine and beer
- Maintaining bar cleanliness, presentation and stock levels
- Assisting with bar setup, restocking and closing duties
- Processing orders and payments accurately
- Working efficiently with the team during busy service periods

About you

- Previous hospitality experience
- Current RSA certification
- Good food and beverage knowledge
- Solid customer service and communication skills
- Professional presentation and attention to detail
- Reliable, team-oriented and available for evening and weekend shifts
- Preferably have a TAB certificate

Pay: $26.44 – $47.61 per hour Expected hours: 10.0 – 30.0 per week
