About the role

We're looking for talented, enthusiastic and passionate bartenders to support our busy operations across multiple venues at Mount Lofty House, including Hardy's Bar, Terrace Bar, Weddings and Events. Join a motivated team delivering luxury hospitality in the heart of the Adelaide Hills. Renowned for our seasonal tasting menus, exceptional wine program, elevated bar offerings and breathtaking panoramic views, we're passionate about creating memorable guest experiences that celebrate both tradition and innovation.

Key responsibilities

- Support operations across multiple venues including Hardy's Bar, Terrace Bar, Weddings and Events

- Deliver exceptional service in a fast-paced workplace

- Work with an extensive beverage offering including wines, beers, spirits, signature cocktails and mocktails

- Provide bespoke cocktail and non-alcoholic pairings to complement dining experiences

- Anticipate guest needs and consistently exceed expectations

- Work across a seven-day roster, including weekends and evenings

- Support weddings, celebrations and corporate events

About you

- A valid Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate and the right to work in Australia
- A current driver's licence and access to a vehicle, given our location





- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- A genuine passion for fine dining and luxury hospitality
- A team-focused mindset and a positive, can-do attitude

- Solid attention to detail and professional presentation

- Confidence working in a fast-paced environment

- Flexibility to work across a seven-day roster, including weekends and evenings
