20th October, 2026/n We have an exciting internal opportunity for a practical and organised team member to coordinate branch relocations, new builds, refurbishments, repairs and maintenance, while supporting consistent merchandising standards across our network. This hands-on role will work closely with branch teams, internal departments, contractors and service providers to deliver projects that improve branch presentation, operational efficiency and ultimately the customer experience. /n What You’ll Do /n /n

- Develop and maintain branch floorplans for relocations, refurbishments and new branch projects

/n

- Prepare project plans and coordinate milestones, budgets, risks and quality standards

/n

- Work with branches, internal teams, contractors and service providers to keep projects on track

/n

- Coordinate repairs and maintenance, including attending sites to assess or complete minor works where appropriate

/n

- Partner with the Property team on maintenance matters that fall under landlord responsibilities

/n

- Implement planograms, category flows and merchandising standards across the branch network

/n

- Support branch layouts, promotional end caps and merchandising solutions that enhance the customer experience

/n

- Maintain safe work practices,



complete required training and support hazard reporting and housekeeping standards

/n What You’ll Bring /n

/n /n

- Experience in merchandising would be helpful but a keen eye for detail is a necessity

/n

- Strong planning and organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and monitor progress

/n

- Transparent communication and customer service skills, with the confidence to work across branches, internal teams and external contractors

/n

- A practical, proactive approach and willingness to attend sites when required

/n

- High attention to detail and pride in presentation and quality

/n

- The ability to guide a small team or coordinate others to deliver outcomes

/n

- A strong commitment to workplace health and safety
