About The Role This is a genuine recent business development opportunity for a driven sales professional who thrives on hunting, winning and growing new business.As Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving profitable sales growth across Western Australia by identifying, securing and onboarding new customers. Working closely with the General Manager - Perth and broader MCC team, you will build a strong pipeline, recapture lost opportunities, open new market segments and help maximise utilisation of MCC Perth's production capability.Success in this role will come from proactive prospecting, strong commercial acumen, relationship building and a passion for converting opportunities into long-term customer partnerships.

About You You are a proactive and commercially minded sales professional with a passion for winning new business and building strong customer relationships.



You will bring:

- Proven success in business development, prospecting, pipeline management and closing profitable opportunities.
- Experience within manufacturing, packaging, labels, print, FMCG or a related industry will be highly regarded.
- Strong commercial and negotiation skills, with a focus on delivering profitable growth.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.A resilient, self-motivated and results-focused approach.
- Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce to manage opportunities and forecasts.
- Current Australian driver's licence and the ability to travel throughout Western Australia as required.
