About the Role An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced and commercially driven Business Development Manager to grow our customer base and bring our beverage filling solutions to new markets.

Reporting to the General Manager, you’ll be based in Cheltenham, Melbourne working closely with existing customers, at the same time, you’ll actively seek out new business, build your network and uncover opportunities to bring new customers to SANECTOR.

You’ll have the opportunity to shape customer relationships, develop sales opportunities and contribute directly to the continued growth of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

- Win New Business – identify new customers, build your pipeline and convert opportunities into sales.

- Grow Existing Accounts – strengthen relationships and uncover opportunities to expand SANECTOR’s product offering.

- Drive Sales Growth – manage sales opportunities, negotiate deals and achieve sales targets.

- Explore New Markets – identify industry trends and new opportunities for SANECTOR’s beverage solutions.

- Build Customer Partnerships – understand customer needs and collaborate internally to deliver the right solutions.

- Own the Sales Journey – manage opportunities from initial contact through to closing deals and building long-term relationships.

About You:

You’re commercially driven,



naturally curious and confident building relationships at different levels.

You’ll ideally bring

- 3 Years minimum experience in wine packaging or packaging industry in Account Management, BDM role or a similar customer-facing sales role.

- A demonstrated ability to build relationships, identify opportunities and grow customer accounts.

- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to interpret sales data, budgets, forecasts and market trends.

- A proactive mindset and the confidence to initiate conversations and develop new business.

- Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.

- Ability to strategically grow wallet share within an existing client

- Strong organisation and the ability to manage multiple customers and opportunities.

- A positive attitude and willingness to be part of a growing, supportive team.
