The brand prides itself on being effortless, affordable, and making customers feel good, all the time./n /n As the Buying Administration Assistant, you’ll play a key part in ensuring the efficiency and accuracy of our buying operations. You’ll work closely with our Buyers and Suppliers, supporting product data management, order processing, and administrative tasks. /n /n Key Responsibilities /n /n /n
- Effectively manage all new products from product creation & Purchase Order raising through to delivery and launch
/n
- Assist the supplier process including timely communication,
/n
- Management of critical path to ensure stock is received in line with key marketing and product launch dates.
/n
- Support Senior Buyer in all areas of buying including supplier management, stock purchasing, sample management and all aspects of the critical path
/n
- Pro-actively improve systems and processes within the buying team
/n /n /n What We’re Looking For..
/n /n An awesome, self-motivated, team player who can work in a fast-paced environment. /n Previous experience in an administrative or buying support role (preferred) /n Strong organisational skills and attention to detail /n Excellent communication and interpersonal skills /n Confident using Microsoft Office, /n Excel Skills /n Shopify , Klaviyo, Adobe Suite and Indigo 8 skills are an advantage /n A proactive attitude and willingness to learn /n /n We are committed to rewarding our team for the great work they do every day and we’re able to offer some amazing benefits, including: /n /n /n
