About the role
COFFIX is a busy, community-focused brunch café looking for an all-rounder to join the team across Byford and Hilbert stores. You'll work in a fast-paced environment known for great coffee, loyal local customers, and a friendly team culture.
Key responsibilities
- Take orders and run the till
- Run food and drinks, and clear and reset tables
- Help on coffee and drinks (barista skills are a bonus, and we'll train the right person)
- Keep the floor, counter and dishes clean and stocked
About you
- Café or hospitality experience (preferred)
- Confident communicating with customers and the team in English
- Positive, can-do attitude
- Can handle quick-paced service calmly
- Reliable and takes initiative
- Great customer service and a team attitude
- Available 3 weekdays plus both weekend days
- Can work early starts (from 6:00am to 3:00pm)
- Available over the Christmas and New Year period
- Holds valid Australian work rights (citizenship, permanent residency or an appropriate work visa)
