Are you energetic, reliable and love being part of a great team? We're looking for enthusiastic people to join our APCO White Hills store across a variety of roles and shifts!

APCO is a proudly Australian-owned, independent petrol, convenience, café and grocery retailer, known for our delicious food, great coffee and friendly customer service.

We're looking for Café Team Members, Kitchenhands, Customer Service Assistants and Overnight Team Members who are ready to roll up their sleeves, have some fun and help us deliver a fantastic experience for our customers!

What will you be doing?

Depending on your role and shift, your responsibilities may include:
- Preparing delicious food, fresh sandwiches and our popular grab-and-go range
- Making great coffee and providing friendly café service
- Serving customers through our POS and fuel console
- Food preparation, cooking and kitchen duties
- Restocking shelves, fridges and displays
- Keeping our store,



café and kitchen sparkling clean and well organised
- Preparing the store for the next busy day, particularly during overnight shifts
- Working together to deliver exceptional customer service!

What are we looking for?

- A positive attitude and a genuine love of customer service
- Reliability, honesty and a strong work ethic
- The ability to work in a busy, fast-paced environment
- A team player who is happy to jump in and help wherever needed
- Great communication skills and attention to detail
- Barista, café, cooking or food preparation experience highly regarded, particularly for our hospitality positions
- A commitment to cleanliness, food safety and maintaining high store standards
- Flexibility to work across a 7-day roster, including weekends and overnight shifts where applicable

Previous retail or hospitality experience is a bonus, but a great attitude and willingness to learn are just as important for many of our roles!
