- Providing friendly customer service and assistance to guests.
- Assisting with reception, bookings and general enquiries.
- Maintaining park grounds and presentation.
- Completing basic maintenance and handyman tasks.
- Supporting the team during busy holiday periods and peak visitor times.
- Helping create a positive experience for visitors enjoying the Great Ocean Road.
What we're looking for
We're looking for team members who bring a positive attitude, strong work ethic and a willingness to help wherever needed.
You'll ideally have
- Experience in cleaning, housekeeping, hospitality, accommodation services or customer service.
- A high attention to detail and pride in maintaining clean and welcoming spaces.
- A willingness to undertake physically active work and work outdoors when required.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A flexible approach to work, including weekends, public holidays and peak holiday periods.
- First Aid qualifications and experience using RMS or similar booking systems (desirable).
Most importantly,
we're looking for people who enjoy being part of a busy team and are happy to jump in wherever needed to help deliver a great guest experience.
Successful applicants will be required to hold or obtain a Working with Children Check and complete a National Police Check prior to commencement. A current Victorian Driver Licence is required for this role.
Why join us?
- Work in some of the most spectacular coastal locations on the Great Ocean Road.
- Spend your summer surrounded by beaches, coastal scenery and vibrant holiday communities.
- Enjoy a varied role where no two days are the same.
- Be part of a supportive and welcoming team.
- Gain valuable experience in tourism, hospitality and accommodation services.
- Help create memorable holiday experiences for visitors from across Australia and beyond.
- Casual opportunities available throughout the busy summer season.
If you're looking for a rewarding summer role and enjoy practical, hands-on work in a stunning coastal setting, we'd love to hear from you.
