Your Day-to-Day in the Kitchen:





- Supporting smooth prep and service across both of our Chatswood kitchens.

- Assisting with meat slicing and portioning, batching signature sauces, prepping fresh produce, and setting up sections.

- Working smart with established prep sheets, exact recipes, and strict food safety and hygiene standards.

- Taking pride in keeping prep areas, sections, and kitchen stations spotless, organised, and service-ready.

What You Bring to the Team:

- 1+ years' commercial kitchen experience (as a Cook, Kitchen Hand, or Commis).

- A reliable, punctual approach and a positive, team-first mindset.

- Eagerness to learn and work within structured kitchen systems.

- Availability across evenings and weekends.

- Experience with Japanese cuisine is a bonus, though we provide full training for the right person.
