Casual Property Manager Bardon

Prowealth Estate Agents is a respected and long-standing Property Management agency based in Bardon.

We’re currently seeking a reliable Property Management Assistant / Leasing Agent to support our Property Management Director and Head PM with general leasing, key preparation, adhoc inspections and general property management tasks across a well-maintained, low-stress portfolio.

It’s perfect for someone looking to stay active in the industry while maintaining work-life balance or someone looking to get started in the industry while studying.

Some flexibility with hours can be discussed.

Generally we expect there to be 10 hours of work per week.

About the Role

Your key responsibilities - alongside the Senior Property Management Director - will include:

- Communicating with owners, tenants and prospective tenants, and trades via phone, email, and in office visits.

- Managing key preparation for incoming tenants and trades.

- Attending mid week open inspections and occasional Saturday inspections and tenant app processing.





- Conducting ad hoc routine inspections.

- Occasionally assisting with entry reports during busier weeks.

What We’re Looking For
- Must have your Real Estate Certificate.

- Experience using PropertyMe (preferred).

- A confident communicator who is well-organised and proactive and is happy to make phone calls to speed up the process!

- A current driver’s licence and your own vehicle (car allowance provided).
