About the role

We are seeking skilled Radiographers to join our dynamic team at Matrix Medical Imaging across various sites. This casual role will give you flexibility and see you play a key part in delivering high-quality diagnostic imaging services to our valued patients. As a Radiographer, you will be responsible for operating X-ray and CT scanning equipment and ensuring accurate and efficient image acquisition.

What you'll be doing

1. Perform a range of X-ray and CT imaging examinations, adhering to department protocols and maintaining the highest standards of patient care
2. Ensure optimal image quality through accurate patient positioning and appropriate selection of technical parameters
3. Provide exceptional customer service to patients, addressing their needs and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner
4. Maintain detailed and accurate patient records, including radiation dose monitoring
5. Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives and maintain up-to-date knowledge of CT imaging techniques and technologies

What we're looking for

1. Bachelor's degree in Medical Radiation Science or equivalent qualification
2. Current AHPRA registration as a Diagnostic Radiographer
3. Flexibility to work across sites if required
4. Strong technical skills in the operation of imaging equipment and software
5.



Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients and colleagues
6. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
7. Commitment to maintaining professional development and staying up-to-date with industry advancements
