Run like a graduate program, this role is designed as a launchpad. You'll gain your RG146 qualification in your first four weeks, spend time across the wider business and build the foundations for a long-term career in BDM, Account Management or Sales.

Key responsibilities

- Supporting retail CFD and share trading clients by phone, email and live chat
- Resolving queries on trading platforms,



accounts and products quickly and accurately
- Acting as the voice of the brand and building long-term client loyalty
- Keeping across global markets and sharing insights with clients and the team
- Building relationships across the business through structured tasters with other teams
- Identifying opportunities to improve the client experience

Hiring criteria

- Recent graduate in finance, economics, commerce, business or a related field
- Genuine passion for markets; personal trading or CFD experience is highly regarded
- Confident, polite and articulate communicator
- Composed and resilient in a fast-paced, high-pressure setting
- Team player who thrives on the camaraderie of a busy trading floor
- Ambitious to move into sales, with the commitment to stay and progress
- Full Australian working rights (visa sponsorship is not available)
