About the Role

Manpower is currently seeking experienced and qualified Chefs to support catering operations at a large institutional facility in Puckapunyal.

This is a fantastic opportunity for chefs who enjoy working in a structured, quick-paced setting preparing high-quality meals at scale. Day and afternoon shifts are available, with a guaranteed 5 weeks of work and potential for extension depending on operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and serve breakfast, lunch and dinner services

- Support daily kitchen operations in a high-volume catering environment

- Cook and prepare meals using commercial-scale equipment

- Maintain food quality, presentation and portion control standards

- Follow HACCP and food safety requirements at all times

- Assist with buffet-style and function catering services





- Maintain a clean, organised and safe kitchen workplace

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Trade qualification as a Chef

- Previous experience in a high-volume commercial kitchen

- Strong understanding of HACCP and food safety practices

- Ability to work flexible shifts, including early starts and afternoons

- Australian Citizenship

- Ability to pass a Police Check

- Availability to commence immediately
