Rocky Bay is seeking an exceptional Chief Executive Officer to lead the organisation through its next phase of growth, innovation and impact.
Reporting to the Board, the CEO will provide strategic and enterprise leadership across customer outcomes, service excellence, financial sustainability, people and culture, governance, risk, growth and transformation.
This is an opportunity to lead a purpose-driven organisation at a time of significant chance and change — ensuring Rocky Bay remains values-led, financially resilient, well governed and firmly focused on the people and communities it serves.
You will be a purpose-led, passionate, energetic and commercially astute individual with significant leadership experience in the disability, health or community sectors being highly valued. You will also bring:
- Strong enterprise-level strategic and commercial leadership in an organisation of similar size and complexity.
- Demonstrated experience leading organisational transformation and change.
- Deep understanding and experience of governance, risk and financial sustainability.
- Demonstrated ability to partner with a Board and operate within a contemporary governance framework.
- Experience in managing significant property portfolios, and acumen in property development, asset optimisation and capital expenditure planning.
- A track record of building high-performing teams and inclusive, values-led cultures.
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills.
- Sound judgement, resilience and composure in complex and high-consequence environments.
- A genuine commitment to customer outcomes and creating positive social impact.
