About the role A privately owned, diversified boutique investment firm is seeking its first CFO. Reporting to the CEO and working closely with the Chief Investment Officer, you will lead finance, tax and governance across listed, private equity, real estate and direct investments held through a multi-entity trust and company structure. You will design and build an institutional-grade finance, reporting, tax and governance framework while remaining hands-on in a boutique, lean, high-trust workplace.

Key responsibilities

About you

- Proven track record as a CFO across diverse investment settings

- Blue-chip pedigree forged in institutional funds management, investment banking, private equity or a tier-one advisory house

- Genuine exposure to private capital or family office environments

- Intellectual sophistication and commercial gravitas paired with a hands-on, direct style

- High-touch, discreet manner with impeccable judgement

- Presence to act as a trusted counterpart to senior stakeholders
