Local council looking for cleaners to work full-week hours

Council Cleaner – Outdoor & FacilitiesHours: 6:00am – 2:00pmWe are looking for reliable and hardworking cleaners to join a busy Council cleaning team.

Duties include:

- Street cleaning and general outdoor cleansing
- Cleaning around Council and Town Hall facilities
- Vacuuming, mopping and sweeping
- Cleaning toilets, bathrooms and other amenities
- Carpet cleaning
- Emptying bins and general waste removal
- Keeping public areas clean and presentable
- Setting up and packing down Council events
- Moving and setting up tables and chairs
- General cleaning duties as required

What we’re looking for:

- Previous cleaning experience preferred
- Reliable and punctual
- Comfortable with 6am starts
- Physically fit and able to perform manual duties
- Happy working both indoors and outdoors
- Able to work independently and within a team
- Valuable attitude and strong work ethic
