About the role

Connect Facility Services is looking for a reliable and experienced Commercial Cleaner to join our team in Newcastle, NSW. This is a casual/part time role, but can grow into increased hours offering flexibility and the opportunity to work with an industry-leading cleaning services provider.

Start times vary from day to evenings Monday to Friday. Sites located in Cardiff, Mayfield, and surrounding areas but must be available on Fridays and either have or willing to get a Police Check.

What you'll be doing

- Perform cleaning duties in a range of commercial environments.
- Ensure all assigned areas are cleaned to the highest standards, meeting our strict quality control requirements.
- Identify and report any maintenance or safety issues to the team.
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanour when interacting with clients.
- Follow all company policies and procedures, including those related to health and safety.

Requirements

What we're looking for

- Previous experience as a commercial cleaner, preferably in an office or similar setting
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work efficiently to tight deadlines
- Strong time management and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Physical fitness and stamina to complete cleaning duties
- Current driver's licence and reliable transportation
- White Card is preferred but not essential
