Reporting to the relevant site supervisor or manager, you will be expected to uphold SCS Group’s Core Values of Passion, Accountability, Integrity and Respect while delivering consistent, high-quality cleaning services.

Ideally, you will have experience in commercial cleaning within a manufacturing environment, be self-motivated, able to work autonomously, and highly reliable.

Key Responsibilities The scope of the role includes, but is not limited to:

- Cleaning and maintaining paint booths to industry standards.
- Removal of paint overspray and residue.
- Cleaning of floors, walls, filters, and surrounding work areas.
- Ensuring all equipment and surfaces are maintained to high safety and quality standards.
- Notify Management/customer service manager of any damages, deficits, and disturbances.
- Deal with reasonable complaints/requests with professionalism and patience.
- Check stocking levels of all consumables and replace them when appropriate.
- Adhere strictly to rules regarding health and safety and be aware of any company-related practices.

About You The ideal candidate will have the following attributes:

- Previous experience in Paint Booth cleaning is highly desirable.




- Understanding of industrial cleaning processes (preferred).
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with strong and clear communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail in cleaning.
- Committed to delivering excellent service & meet quality standards.
- The ability to work independently.
- Able to provide a National Police Clearance upon request.
- Should have legal working rights in Australia.
