About the role

You will help clients understand our services, choose suitable options and stay engaged through thoughtful follow-up and rebooking. Sales are an important part of this position. You must be confident discussing prices, recommending suitable memberships or credit packs, asking for the booking and working towards agreed sales and rebooking targets.

This is also a practical, hands-on role. Alongside client conversations, you will operate equipment after training, manage appointments and help keep the centre clean, organised and ready for clients.

Key responsibilities

- Welcome clients warmly and build lasting qualified relationships.

- Understand clients' goals and explain suitable services, memberships and credit packs.

- Follow up enquiries and help clients make informed purchasing decisions.

- Encourage appropriate rebooking and complete agreed follow-up actions.

- Prepare and operate equipment after training and competency assessment.

- Follow screening and safety procedures, escalating questions outside your training or authority.

- Manage appointments, payments and accurate client records.

- Clean and reset equipment and treatment spaces.

- Work towards agreed sales and rebooking targets with regular feedback and support.

- Experience selling services, memberships or packages is highly regarded.
