As our Client Services Officer, you’ll work closely with our Client Services Team, Financial Advisers, Paraplanners and external product providers to deliver a seamless client experience. You’ll play an important role in facilitating the implementation of advice, managing client requirements and supporting the team in delivering a high standard of service.

Role Responsibilities:

- Facilitate the implementation of client advice, proactively managing applications, documentation and follow-ups.
- Manage communications with all stakeholders, including product providers, insurers, and superannuation funds.
- Follow established policies and procedures to meet legislative and compliance requirements, with a high level of attention to detail.

Skills and Experience Required:

- A minimum of 1 year of experience as a Client Services Officer, ideally within financial planning, wealth management, life insurance or superannuation administration.
- A client-focused professional with outstanding organizational and interpersonal skills.




- The ability to manage multiple client files and competing priorities effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and friendly demeanour.
- A proactive approach and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while meeting expectations.

Desirable Skills for this Role:

- A sound understanding of financial platforms, products and superannuation regulations, with exposure to personal insurance and financial advice implementation.
- Experience managing complex client files with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
