About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Care Manager to join our Clinical Care Team on a Full-Time basis.

Reporting directly to the CEO, this key leadership position will manage the day-to-day operations of Nagambie HealthCare’s 51 bed residential care facility. The role is to manage efficiently and effectively facilities staffing and budgetary resources. Ensuring accountability and provision of a high-quality service that meets the needs of our consumers, families and carers.

Key Responsibilities

- Working with staff to deliver quality services and support to Nagambie Health Care residents. You’ll be supervising Registered Nurses,



Enrolled Nurses and Care Service Employees in their delivery of care to residents.
- Work collaboratively to develop, implement and maintain consumer service standards, clinical and industry performance measures.
- Undertaking annual performance reviews that support and identify the needs of staff.
- Managing staffing and clinical rosters
- Role model positive workplace culture and Nagambie Healthcare Values
- Strong clinical knowledge and assessment skills
- Dynamic communicator

What We’re Looking For

- Previous experience in aged care services highly desirable (Minium 5 years)
- Previous experience in management and clinical leadership highly desirable

· Registered Nurse (AHPRA registration mandatory)
