The Swansea RSL Clubis currently seeking a professional and motivated Club Supervisorto compliment our management team.This position requires someone who is motivated to develop and coordinate staff all the while inspiring them to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

About the role

As a Full Time Supervisor you will be assisting in all areas of the day to day operations of running a Licensed Club. The role is a hands on position and will require outstanding customer service and communication skills. You will be required to lead, manage staff matters and be the escalation point for customer queries.

The role includes

- Lead a team upwards of 20 staff during a shift
- Manage the day to day running of Swansea RSL across all areas of the club; including Reception, Gaming, Food & Beverage, Promotions & Back of House
- Provide direction and support in trouble shooting issues
- Interacting with people from all walks of life
- Deliver gold standard customer service

Skills and experience

- Club experience
- Experience leading a team in a club/hotel environment
- Solid knowledge of Gaming & Food & Beverage
- Ability to work days, nights, weekends as required
- Current RSA & RCG
