The Ambassador of Redcliffe is currently seeking a committed & qualified full-time Commis Chef to join our established kitchen team. You will have the opportunity to work for an independently owned hospitality group that values and nurtures their employees to maximise performance and personal growth.

You will be working alongside a passionate team assisting with the preparation, cooking and plating of meals during service periods.

Essential Attributes:

- Previous professional experience in a fast-paced kitchen

- Certificate III in Commercial Cookery

- Positive attitude contributing to a positive work environment and be a team player

- You can work with autonomy to manage your own time and follow direction while un-supervised





- Solid WH&S; knowledge and HACCAP Food Handling experience

- Strong knowledge of kitchen procedures and operations

- Attention to detail and a passion for food quality, presentation and consistency

- Punctual, reliable and presentable

- Sense of urgency and strong time management skills
