About the Role

Working alongside our experienced culinary team, you will play an important role in delivering consistently high-quality dishes while developing your skills and knowledge across all aspects of kitchen operations.

Your key responsibilities will include:

- Assist with the preparation, cooking and presentation of high-quality dishes.
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Maintain consistency in food quality, presentation and portion control.
- Follow recipes, menu specifications and established kitchen standards.
- Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene and cleanliness.
- Assist with stock rotation, food storage and minimising wastage.




- Support senior chefs with daily kitchen operations and food preparation.
- Demonstrate a willingness to learn, develop new skills and contribute positively to the team.

Ideally, you will have:

- A relevant culinary qualification or be working towards one.
- Previous experience in a qualified kitchen, ideally within a hotel, restaurant or similar hospitality environment.
- A passion for cooking and a commitment to delivering quality dishes.
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
- An understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
- The ability to work effectively under pressure in a busy kitchen.
- A flexible, reliable and team-focused approach.
