Role particulars:

- ASAP start

- Fly in Fly out (FIFO) from Perth

- 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off roster

- 12-hour days – day shift

- Attractive salary package offered

- Hands-on supervisory role – working on the tools alongside the crew

- Responsible for coordinating daily works, supervising personnel and ensuring safety, quality and productivity standards are maintained

- Must have strong leadership and communication skills and be capable of working autonomously

- Flights from Perth to site and return, accommodation and meals included

Skills & Experience Required:

- Demonstrated experience in commercial, civil or mining-related concreting works

- Previous experience supervising and coordinating concreting crews

- Solid practical concreting skills, including formwork, steel fixing, concrete placement and finishing

- Ability to lead by example and work on the tools as required





- Sound understanding of workplace health and safety requirements

- FIFO and mining industry experience highly regarded

- Current Driver's Licence

- White Card

- Schedule 26 Statutory Supervisor requirements

- Clear drug and alcohol screen

- National police check dated within the last 6 months
