Next Storey Home Additions builds first floor and second storey additions across the Northern Beaches and North Shore. Our pipeline is booked out and growing, and we're bringing on one established subcontract construction team to take our jobs from framing through to lock-up.

This isn't labour hire or a fill-in for a quiet week. We want a team we can hand a job to, keep busy, and keep working with for years.

The work: framing to lock-up

- Set-out, floor, wall and roof framing, structural steel install, tie-downs and bracing
- Eaves and external cladding through to lock-up
- Building over occupied homes, so make-safe, weatherproofing and a tidy site matter
- Mostly Northern Beaches, with some North Shore
- Every job issued on a purchase order with a clear scope and agreed price before you start

What you need

- Proven experience on first floor / second storey additions. This is essential.
- An established team of 2 or more that already works together
- Qualified lead carpenter (Cert III Carpentry or equivalent) who runs the job and talks to our supervisor
- Own ABN, public liability insurance, and workers comp or personal accident cover
- Own tools, vehicles and plant, and White Cards for the whole team




- Able to read and build off engineered plans without being walked through them
