The Position
As a Consultant/Staff Specialist Geriatrician you will:
- Deliver specialist inpatient and outpatient Geriatric Medicine services
- Provide consultative services across the hospital
- Participate in Orthogeriatric and GEM programs
- Supervise Registrars and junior medical staff
- Contribute to education, research and quality improvement
- Help develop future models of care for older Tasmanians
Flexible full-time and part-time appointments are available.
Exceptional Remuneration
Enjoy a highly competitive package including:
- Total remuneration package up to $500,000
- 35% Private Practice Allowance (or equivalent)
- Annual CPD allowance of approximately $16,000
- Motor vehicle allowance of approximately $28,000
