A tier-1 builder is looking for an experienced Contracts Manager to lead the commercial side of major data centre and mission-critical projects in Melbourne.

Key responsibilities

- Lead head contract and subcontract administration from tender through to final account
- Manage cost reporting, forecasting, progress claims and variations
- Manage procurement and negotiate subcontract packages
- Identify and manage commercial risk and resolve disputes
- Lead and mentor contract administrators

About you

- Senior contracts or commercial management experience with a tier-1 or tier-2 builder
- Data centre, mission-critical or complex technical project experience is highly regarded
- Solid command of AS 4000 and AS 2124 contracts
- A degree in construction management, quantity surveying or a related field
