You are a mid-level lawyer (approaching Senior Associate and above) in a major Australian law firm seeking more meaningful application of your superior legal skills and intellect. You are working in litigation, commercial law or another practice group. More important than specific legal expertise is a willingness to think outside the box, to find solutions and bring stakeholders along to reach resolution.
You’re good with people from all backgrounds and a patient, clear communicator. You’re adaptable and prepared to roll your sleeves up to get a job done. You enjoy team-work: leading and participating. You can hold your own with sophisticated counterparties.
