We're a Cosmetic & Skin Clinic, located in a beautiful Victorian property in Woollahra/ Bondi Junction, looking to grow our team and offerings and are constantly on the lookout for likeminded nurses to join our expanding team.

Our Clinic has a reputation for high standards in results, professionalism and integrity within the non-surgical cosmetic industry. 5 minutes to all forms of public transport in a great location, next to Bondi Junction Westfields.

We have built our business on a no-push approach and believe in slow progressive treatments. We strive to achieve natural results when it comes to cosmetic enhancements and always maintain the highest level customer service during all stages of interaction, from our client's enquiry to the aftercare.

Qualifications & experience

- You must be an Australian Registered Nurse

- Experience in anti-wrinkle and dermal filler treatments

- PRP knowledge and experience is a great advantage

- Must be an AHPRA accredited Registered Nurse

- Must have Indemnity Insurance (pii)

- Please note, all applicants must currently possess the right to work in Australia

Tasks & responsibilities

- Perform PRP for skin rejuvenation and hair restoration

- Administer cosmetic injections including anti wrinkle, dermal fillers and skin boosters

- Providing exception consultations to develop a specific treatment plan for our clients

- Building a client base and maintaining ongoing clients

- Taking before and after photos

- Completing client notes and tele-health calls

- Answer any client questions or concerns

- Provide an exceptional high level of customer service





- Manage booking calendars and scheduling

- Excellent communication skills both in person and on the telephone/ over email, in order to deliver the excellent customer service

- Excellent organisational and time management skills to ensure the smooth operation of the clinic and all administrative tasks

- High level of personal integrity, honesty and trustworthiness of patient sensitive information

- High standard of personal grooming and cleanliness

- Proficiency in computers (Mac) and technology and excellent spelling and good knowledge of English grammar are essential to be able to correspond professionally

- Oversee clinic operations and maintaining neat and tidy clinic areas

The successful applicant will receive further training (in-house and product training) and work closely alongside our principal injector to ensure attention to detail, uniformity in customer service and treatments, however, you will have the autonomy to shine with your own signature style. The successful candidate will also have a natural ability to recommend treatments, to compliment the client.

This is a part time position; wage structure and bonus is based on experience, skillset and performance.

Hours

Part time of 2-3 days/week (Friday and Saturdays. No Sundays) with the chance to increase days as the demand calls for it- Having nurturing, long term client relationships will aid in this.
