What you'll be doing?

- Customer engagement: Assisting customers via phone, email, and over the counter, acting as a key point of contact and ensuring every interaction leaves a positive impression.
- Order processing: Processing customer sales orders accurately and efficiently to keep operations running smoothly.
- Enquiry handling: Responding to pricing, stock, and delivery enquiries, helping customers get the information they need quickly.
- Quotation management: Preparing and following up customer quotations to support a seamless sales process.
- Warehouse coordination: Coordinating and distributing picking slips to warehouse staff to ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment.
- Relationship building: Building strong, lasting relationships with customers to deliver an outstanding service experience every time.
- Cross-team collaboration:



Working closely with internal teams to ensure customer requirements are consistently met.
