About Loris Perfume

Loris Perfume is an international fragrance brand with a presence in over 101 countries and approximately 650 stores worldwide. As we continue expanding across Australia, we are looking for a creative, passionate and self-motivated Content Creator to strengthen our social media presence and bring our fragrances to life through engaging, original and innovative content.

About the Role

We are looking for more than someone who can simply film and edit videos. We want a creative storyteller who can independently develop fresh ideas and transform them into engaging Instagram Reels and TikTok videos that capture attention, build brand awareness and support sales.

The ideal candidate will also be confident and comfortable in front of the camera, occasionally appearing in videos to introduce and promote Loris fragrances in a natural, authentic and engaging way.

Position Details:

- Location: Sydney, NSW
- Employment Type: Casual
- Hours: Approximately 14 hours per week (around 2 days)
- Pay: $45 per hour + superannuation

Key Responsibilities

- Develop fresh, original and engaging content ideas for Instagram Reels and TikTok.
- Film, edit and produce high-quality short-form videos.
- Occasionally appear on camera to introduce and promote Loris fragrances.
- Create fragrance-related, lifestyle, educational and promotional video content.
- Develop creative concepts including customer reactions, fragrance comparisons and street interviews.
- Plan content calendars and organise filming sessions.
- Write attention-grabbing video hooks, scripts and captions.
- Stay up to date with social media trends and develop creative ideas relevant to our brand.




- Research potential influencer collaborations.
- Visit selected Loris Perfume retail locations across Sydney for filming.
- Review content performance and suggest improvements.

What We're Looking For

- Proven experience creating Instagram Reels and TikTok content.
- Strong creativity, storytelling skills and the ability to generate original ideas.
- Confidence and a natural, engaging personality in front of the camera.
- Experience with CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro or similar editing software.
- Strong understanding of social media trends and short-form video production.
- A genuine interest in fragrance, beauty, fashion and lifestyle.
- Excellent English communication and copywriting skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage deadlines.
- Previous experience in beauty, cosmetics, fashion or fragrance is highly desirable.
