Customer Operations Coordinator based in Smithfield /n Your new company /n Join an established, family-owned wholesale supplier operating within the cleaning and food service products industry. Based in Smithfield, this growing organisation offers a fast-paced, collaborative and customer-focused environment with a friendly and engaging culture. Your recent role /n As the Customer Service Officer, you will be responsible for delivering a high level of service while supporting customers throughout the order and delivery process.
You will work closely with the Sales, Warehouse and Shipping teams and act as a key point of contact for the business. /n /n
- Managing incoming customer calls and enquiries
/n
- Entering and processing customer orders
/n
- Using Warehouse Management Systems to manage orders
/n
- Providing product information and support
/n
- Resolving customer issues in a professional manner
/n
- Coordinating and booking outbound deliveries
/n
- Making outbound product promotional calls
/n
- Supporting the Sales, Warehouse and Shipping teams
/n
- Processing credit card payments and credit applications
/n
- Maintaining customer records and master files
/n
- Managing special pricing forms, open orders and backorders
/n
- Completing general administrative duties
/n /n
What you'll need to succeed /n
/n /n
- A minimum of five years’ customer service experience
/n
- Previous experience using a Warehouse Management System
/n
- Strong order processing and administrative skills
/n
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
/n
- A professional and customer-focused approach
/n
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
/n
- The ability to learn quickly and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
/n
- Experience using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
/n
- SAP Business One experience is highly regarded
/n /n
