About the role

We have an exciting prospect available for a professional and customer focused Customer Service Manager to join our friendly and rapidly growing commercial cleaning company. The role is a full-time position offering an attractive salary and an excellent workplace culture.

Key responsibilities

- Developing and reviewing policies, programs and procedures concerning customer relations and goods and services provided.

- Ensuring operational efficiency within the organisation.

- Providing direction and feedback to team members and assisting with recruitment.

- Managing, motivating and developing staff providing customer service.

- Planning and implementing after-sales services to follow up customer satisfaction, ensure performance of goods purchased, and modify and improve services provided.

- Liaising with other organisational units, service agents and customers to identify and respond to customer expectations.

- Meeting and exceeding client KPI's.

About you





- Minimum 3 years experience.

- Exceptional customer service experience.

- Strong attention to detail and time management / organisation skills.

- Highly developed verbal & written communication skills.

- The ability to manage and communicate to staff and clients.

- Problem solving skills.

- Intermediate computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).

- Dependable, highly organised and motivated.

- Own car and Drivers Licence.
