Oji Foodservice Packaging is looking for an enthusiastic Customer Service Office Junior to join our team. You'll work across every part of the business – Customer Service, Administration and Dispatch – and build skills that set you up for a long-term career.

What you'll be doing

- Answering phone calls and emails from customers, and taking and entering orders
- Helping customers with order updates, delivery times and simple queries
- Data entry, filing, scanning and keeping records up to date
- Preparing and checking invoices, delivery dockets and paperwork
- Passing orders and updates between the office and dispatch team
- Following up on deliveries, shortages and returns
- Helping out wherever the team needs a hand

What we're looking for

- A positive, can-do attitude and a willingness to learn
- Friendly,



clear communication on the phone and in person
- Valuable attention to detail and basic computer skills (email, Word, Excel)
- Reliable, punctual and happy to work as part of a team
- No experience needed – full training provided
