About your Kitchen:

In-Room Dining & The Place Kitchen: The Hotel's signature all-day dining kitchen is responsible for the three main meal periods as well as 24/7 cuisine through in-room dining. We are keen on producing best-in-class for a five-star hotel through fresh, seasonal ingredients our team thrives on making memorable guest experiences on the overnight shift.

The successful candidate must have:

- A sound knowledge of a variety of different cooking styles and techniques, we encourage you to share any examples of your work such as photos or social media posts.





- You will be primarily work the overnight shift (from 11pm to 7am) on a part-time basics and to be reliable.

- Must have 4 days availability per week.

- The ability to work autonomously as part of a small overnight team.

- An understanding of HACCP and the ability to ensure standards are maintained.

- A true passion for food trends and customer service.

- Previous experience working within a similar hotel or busy kitchen environment would be great.
